Our InterContinental Meetings Menus offer a selection of locally-inspired dishes and authentic recipes from around the world. We source ingredients locally where possible, with the emphasis on using fresh and natural produce to create iconic New Zealand tastes such as the traditional ANZAC biscuit and the always popular pavlova with kiwifruit.
