The Concierge Team is led by the talented Jason Eade, taking pride in delivering personalised service to the highest standards, while ensuring your stay is memorable and comfortable. 

As the Chief Concierge, Jason Eade has won a multitude of awards, most noteworthy being the Australasian Hotel Management Awards where he won the Concierge of the Year Award in 2012 and 2015. Having worked at the hotel for over 18 years Jason has developed a great understanding of the hotel, our guests and the Wellington region. Jason Eade is in the elite group of only 21 Concierges in New Zealand pertaining to the prestigious Les Clefs D'Or society. Membership into Les Clefs d’Or is rigorous and just few concierges have the right to wear the golden keys, showing several years of experience and proving beyond doubt their ability to deliver the highest quality of service.
