Hosting your event under Red settings
We are still able to host and deliver your event under the Red light setting. With flexible meeting spaces in order to accommodate your event in a safe and socially distanced environment, guests will need to remain seated for service. Conferences, meetings and gala dinners can still proceed with a limit of 200 guests. Please discuss your specific event requirements directly with our team to see how we can best accommodate your needs under the Red light setting.
Hybrid Events
InterContinental Wellington has recently partnered with AV Media, installing state-of-the-art audio and visual equipment across all of our conference suites. AV Media will work closely with our events team to produce memorable meetings, should this be a hybrid event or simple audio and visual requirements. AV Media will ensure the effective design of all socially distanced floor plans to help bring your event to life.
