Festive High Tea
From November 18th, immerse yourself in the spirit of the season with a wonderfully festive take on our luxurious traditional High Tea Experience. Begin with our specially crafted inclusive festive cocktail, the Ruby Royale, setting the tone for a selection of indulgent treats. Enjoy seasonal favourites like Granny Smith apple lamington with toasted cinnamon custard, Valrhona dark chocolate mousse with hazelnut praline, and Black Doris plum pudding with vanilla anglaise. Savoury highlights include Glazed Christmas ham and grain mustard brioche roll and asparagus quiche with Clevedon buffalo fromage and chives. A children’s menu is also available, ensuring a festive experience for all.
