Guest Experience Manager
For this vital role, we're looking for someone to be involved in leading the hotel team to deliver exceptional guest service and hotel operations to ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout the hotel.
Assist the Maintenance Manager with general hotel and building minor maintenance and ensure that work is completed to a high standard which meets the needs and expectations of our customers.
Reservations & Administration Support
You will use your professional but personalised approach to offer prompt and knowledgeable customer experiences through looking after all reservations queries and support the Reservation and Commercial department in achieving targets.
As a Kitchen Steward, your role is the foundational for our Kitchen and Restaurant operations, with no two days being the same.
Chef de Partie
You'll be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with our portion and quality standards. You will also be required to control food usage to minimize waste, maintain a clean, safe and tidy work environment and communicate with staff in other departments.
You'll have the ability to provide innovative, authentic and enriching culinary experiences to our guests.
